[...] Earlier this month Skyline Solar , a solar panel builder in Silicon Valley, won the first patent to emerge from an Obama Administration program designed to put green technology on the fast track. Shortening the time it takes to win approval helps get promising green technologies into the marketplace faster. Skyline filed its patent application in April 2008 and asked to move it into the fast lane in December. [...] So this morning, she had a bit of diarhea, no biggie.
