I recently adopted a new pack member Ziggy (8months). [...] so i was watching cesar milan (i dont like the guy but i finally got real cable so i was able to watch an episode of dog whisperer finally, to see what all the hype is about). any hoo he said dogs in a pack with an up tail shown below by my dog. is bad because its a “dominance tail”.
