City Seeking To Limit Pit Bulls Public Hearings Set To Begin In Lynn July 13 POSTED: 11:37 am EDT June 30, 2010 UPDATED: 12:00 pm EDT June 30, 2010 LYNN, Mass. — The city of Lynn has proposed new laws regarding the ownership of pit bulls that attempt to limit the number of pit bulls per household and require in-depth registration procedures, complete with a fee. The proposal, which refers to pit bulls as dangerous and aggressive animals, requires owners to register their pet and pay a $50 fee.
