I have been documenting lost and abandoned shoes, which I now efer to as Lost Soles, littering our highways an parks for over 4 years now and have gotten some very compelling images that tell a story. Recently after the BP oil spill disaster I came across a lost, what was once bright white, flip flop, on the oil smeared Pensacola Beach shoreline that I call home and made the scope of the disaster become realized for me. [...] hello my name is Leah and i recently rescued a dog from a shelter, he is a white pit bull mix and is 10 mos old. he is a great dog and very loving and loves our 4 mo old daughter, but we are having some issues with him. He is deaf, he knows a few hand signals, but he follows us everywhere, when we let him outside he will stand by the door untl we let him in or go out with him, and if we dont go out with him he will do his bis on the patio [...] I’m not sure if this is a case of separation anxiety or what, but we have our first real issue with Meia. Yesterday afternoon I had to run down to the garage for something. I was gone no more than four minuets and returned to have Meia greet me at the door with a small chunk of chewed floor molding in her mouth [...] Hi All, I got my dog at 8 months old and he showed no sign of anxiety. At this point 18 months he is a great dog except he is starting to show huge amounts of anxiety. If he is at my residence on any residence he has been to alot he does not have any issues, but when he is in a place he has not been before he gets extremely anxious [...] |
