Oh great!! never again will jackson be able to walk with tyson. Today was a cloudy day and we took jackson and tyson on a walk near the river. After getting wet we threw the dogs on to the back of the truck and changed out of our wet shorts. Tyson started to challange jackson on the back of the truck, i guess for alpha.. Idk.. Anyways the dogs started battling, and within 3 seconds we got on top of the dogs. I held tyson down and my friend held down my dog so they couldnt shake and sense we didnt have break sticks choked tyson and jackson until they both let go. This all happened within 12 seconds and than inspected the dogs for damage. Jackson got 2 deep puncture wounds and tyson has about 6 minor wounds. Took them home and sprayed antibiotic on the cuts. the wounds didnt look that major at the time, but jackson’s wounds are still bleeding this second its been 3 hours. Im going to take him to the vet tomorrow morning to probably get stiched up.. But thats not the bad part. as of right now jackson’s left front leg is swollen right at his ankle. No wounds… im thinking he sprained it during the battle. The leg causes him to limp, and so does his cuts. He’s sleeping at the moment but what can i do to bring the swelling down?
