On Board with the VP: Day 2 in Kenya

Vice President Joe Biden walks with President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga during a visit to the State House in Nairobi, Kenya. The Vice President was in Kenya today at a pivotal moment–just weeks before a major constitutional referendum.
